Rachel is intuitive and loves helping guide others towards the path of their heart and "inner compass."

Julie Fasen

Yoga Teacher | Massage Therapist | Farmer | Mom

Julie has been an RMT for 26 years, and graduated from her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training program in 2018. She combines her knowledge of the body through massage therapy with her yoga teachings to develop unique therapeutic classes that build strength, stability and mobility.

Since graduating she's expanded her knowledge in Yoga Tune Up, (teaching students how to perform self massage using massage therapy balls). She's become Certified in Functional Range Conditioning and has taken the Love Your Brain program. Since then she has brought movement and meditation into the lives of those who have suffered TBI.

Julie is passionate about using yoga and movement to release emotions stored in our body’s muscles, in order to reduce anxiety, stress, and bring a deeper relaxation to the body and mind.

She became a yoga teacher to bring therapeutic movement into people's lives to empower them with the tools to move, meditate and live better within their bodies.

When not massaging clients or teaching yoga, Julie can be found outside enjoying nature in her gardens, the forest, caring for her animals, hiking, riding her ATV, and enjoying all forms of movement.
