Calm
QUIET | RESTORATIVE | SLOW | MELLOW
Receive a full body stretch followed by deep relaxation and meditation.
Hold space to still the mind, increase your capacity for healing and use the time to connect back into yourself.
Gentle Flow
CENTERING | BALANCED | GROUNDING | REFRESHING
Combine strength, balance and stretching in a gentle way, bringing harmony to mind and body. Options will always be offered to encourage listening to your individual needs. Finish feeling wonderful from the inside out!
Vinyasa Flow
INSPIRING | FIERY | CREATIVE | MOTIVATING
This invigorating class uses creative sequences to build heat, strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Expect to be energized and challenged (not suitable for beginners).
Dance Fit
UPBEAT | LIVELY | FUN | ENERGETIC
Be inspired by cheerful, uplifting music and simple easy to follow moves during this cardio party. An excellent mood booster, great for kids too!
Strength & Stretch
VIBRANT | ACTIVE | DYNAMIC | CHALLENGING
An energizing full body workout, blending classic yoga poses with bodyweight movements to effectively build lean muscle, stamina and endurance. Slow right down and finish with a relaxing juicy stretch (not suitable for beginners).
Yang Yin
BALANCING | REVIVING | CALMING | REFRESHING
Begin with a warming standing yoga sequence to increase strength followed by a slow deep stretch to lengthen the muscles.
Pilates
PRODUCTIVE | CONTROLLED | TONING | DISTINCT
This low-impact class increases strength, posture and flexibility while enhancing mental awareness. Pilates emphasizes core strength, postural alignment and muscle balance.
Sculpt
STRONG | TONING | EFFECTIVE | SATISFYING
Use light weights to form lean muscle, reduce risk of injury, gain overall strength and help improve every day tasks. An excellent class to compliment to your yoga practice!
Prenatal

Join at any stage of your pregnancy to connect your baby, keep your body moving safely, gently ease discomforts and help the mind stay calm.
Chair Fit*

Let's stay strong together with the aid of a chair to help with accessibility and stability. This unique class combines yoga, stretching, breathing, bodyweight and light weight exercises to help you stay active, capable and grounded.
