Sound Bath​​

A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and the human voice. This holistic approach to relaxation cleanses the soul, helps to destress and restores balance. Experience the immense power of sound and vibration!​
