Class Descriptions

Gentle FlowCombines strength, balance and stretching gently, bringing harmony to mind and body.  Feel wonderful from the inside out! *suitable for beginners

Vinyasa FlowA dynamic class using creative sequences to build heat, strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.  Expect to be challenged and empowered! *not suitable for beginners

Strength & StretchThis new class has everything you need!   It combines an energizing and challenging full body workout for the first 40 mins and a relaxing stretch to finish.  

Rise & ShinePlease welcome our newest teacher - Greg Pember - who will guiding you through this beautiful class!  Begin your weekend with an hour for "you," enjoying a gentle practice and meditation.
