Balanced Flow: Combines strength, balance and stretching gently, bringing harmony to mind and body. Leave feeling wonderful from the inside out.
Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic class using creative sequences to build heat, strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Expect to leave empowered! *not suitable for beginners
Yoga for All: A private class for individuals living with disabilities through Community Living.

Afternoon Retreat: Give yourself something to look forward this winter and join Rachel for special Sunday getaway. Class will include yoga, stretching, reflection and guided journaling (bring your own). Warm tea will be served.
