Combines strength, balance and stretching in a gentle way, bringing harmony to mind and body.  Options will always be offered to encourage listening to your individual needs.  Finish feeling wonderful from the inside out!

A dynamic class using creative sequences to build heat, strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.  Pairing breath and flow, create a strong practice with this moving meditation. Expect to be energized, challenged and empowered!

 

Yin Yoga is a very slow, passive practice which involves holding variations of floor poses, accessing deeper layers of fascia through stretching and breathing.  It targets opening the hips, inner thighs, glutes, and hamstrings.  Move into restorative rest, enabling deep relaxation by the aid of pillows to feel a sense of weightlessness.  Hold space to still the mind and deepen your capacity for healing. Offered in the upcoming series.

This class combines an energizing full body workout for the first 40 mins, moving from one exercise to the next swiftly.  Yoga poses are the base paired with bodyweight movements and reps to effectively build lean muscle and endurance.  Finish with an effective and relaxing stretch.

 

Begin your weekend with an hour for "you." Enjoy a slow and gentle movement practice finishing with a full 10 minute meditation.  This class is led by our newest teacher Greg Pember, who offers insight, depth, inspiration and generosity every time he teaches.
